Google shows three practices first. They get the calls. We make your listing one of them and keep it there, every week.
First 10 practices only. Then £299 a month.
They type what they need.
A patient searches on their phone, sees three practices on a map, and rings one. If you are not one of the three, that patient just went to the practice down the road.
Every category, treatment and opening hour filled in, so Google shows you for what you do.
Never confirms anyone is a patient. Never names a treatment.
No “best”, no “painless”, no promises. You approve each one.
Every treatment, every week, street by street. You watch it move.
Type your practice name. In 30 seconds you will see how many people near you are searching, where you rank for each treatment, and which practices are getting those patients instead. Free.
First outside your own door, nowhere two streets away. We check from 25 spots across your town, every week, so you see the whole picture.
The dental plan is £299 a month. The first 10 practices that join get it for £99 a month, for as long as they stay.

No setup fee and no contract. Artificial Ignorance Ltd does the work; you approve what goes on your profile.
A founding price, not a discount: nobody has paid £299 yet, and the eleventh practice will. Artificial Ignorance Ltd has no dental clients yet, so there are no testimonials on this page. Check your practice above and judge for yourself.
Yes. A reply never confirms the reviewer is a patient and never names a treatment, even if they did. A one or two star review always waits for a person, and asks them to contact the practice manager directly.
Every post is checked for the words that cause trouble: best, leading, painless, guaranteed, cheapest, number one. One that uses them is not shown to you. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
No. You connect through Google's own sign-in, which lets Artificial Ignorance Ltd manage the listing and nothing else. You can take that back at any time, and the listing stays yours.
Yes. The listing is where private work comes from, and one that says plainly whether your NHS list is open stops the phone being tied up with calls you cannot help.
Google re-reads a listing within days of a change. Positions move over weeks, not hours, and depend on who else is nearby. We measure yours every week, so you watch it rather than take our word.
At any time. Access runs to the end of the period already paid for, and nothing on your Google listing is taken away when you go.
